support@dadacorn.appCommon questions
Which devices can play?
iPhones and iPads with iOS 16 or later, and Android phones and tablets with Android 10 or later. Every device needs a front (screen-side) camera and Bluetooth. iOS and Android devices can play at the same table.
Do we need the internet or Wi-Fi?
No. Devices connect to each other directly over Bluetooth. When Wi-Fi is available, they use it to connect faster. No router or internet connection is required.
How many players?
Every game needs at least two devices. Rally is for two; JigSaw and Hidden Objects work with more.
Why does the app need the camera?
To work out where each device sits on the table. The front cameras look at the ceiling and compare what they see. Images stay on the devices at your table and are never saved or sent to us. See the Privacy Policy.
Setup can't work out where the devices are
The cameras need a ceiling with some detail in view, such as light fittings, beams, vents or edges. A plain white ceiling, a very dark room or bright lights shining straight into the cameras make it harder. Try a better-lit spot or move the table a little, keep hands and faces out of the cameras' view, and hold the devices still while the table locks.
My device isn't recognised during Device Setup
Dadacorn knows the exact screen size of many models. For one it doesn't know, it asks you to measure a few things with a ruler, and shows a drawing of each. Email us the model and we'll add it.
A device can't find or join the table
Check that Bluetooth is on and that Dadacorn has permission to use Bluetooth (and, on iOS, the local network) in your device's settings. Keep devices within a few metres of each other. If a table was closed to new players, the host can re-open it from Manage players.
How do I delete my data?
Dadacorn keeps everything on your device, so deleting the app deletes it. We don't hold any account or game data about you.
